How it works

Managing High-Volume Inboxes

Users navigate their entire inbox using keyboard shortcuts. They can quickly archive (⌘E), mark as read (⌘M), or reply (⌘R) to emails. The AI automatically summarizes long threads and extracts key action items, allowing users to process hundreds of emails in minutes.

Drafting and Replying

The AI drafts responses based on email context. Users can adjust the tone (e.g., Neutral) and length (e.g., Medium-length) of drafts before sending. A natural language chat interface allows users to ask questions about their emails or command the AI to perform actions like Reply to Nick or Find invoice from Stripe.

Triage and Prioritization

Emails are automatically categorized into sections like Personal, Security, Deadlines, and Urgent Updates, and Pinned. This helps users immediately identify and focus on time-sensitive and critical communications.
